At Hill House Home, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, or receive a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
